Solar cooking is a healthy way to cook your food. The gentle cooking at low temperatures yields even the simplest food with distinctly natural flavours, taste and aroma by retaining more nutrients than any other form of cooking.

This workshop is designed to help you discover the art and science of solar cooking by *making your own solar cooker* using commonly available household materials.

👉👉You'll need
🌞 A black utensil with lid (or a vessel and black paint/ Black cloth)
🌞 A glass bowl that can cover the utensils or a transparent plastic bag
🌞 A square cardboard/plastic sheet having width of atleast 4 times the utensil diameter
🌞 Silver side of packing paper or aluminium foil

The workshop will also compare different solar cookers and techniques that'd help you use a solar cooker to its maximum.
