The colour composition uses soft off-white and muted light grey tones finished in smooth plaster texture. Horizontal band patterns define floor levels, while vertical fluted columns establish symmetry and visual stability. Recessed balconies, layered cornices, and framed openings synchronize with the façade grid, creating balance between mass and void.
