Technology Robotix Society presents Makerspace 2026, a hands-on project initiative for students interested in practical robotics problem-solving.
If you want to move beyond theory and work on structured, real-world projects, this is for you.
Makerspace provides an opportunity to work with like-minded peers on real-world challenges, apply concepts and gain experience in designing and building functional systems. Throughout the program participants will receive guidance from mentors and develop technical skills.
It focuses on learning through hands-on work, developing a strong understanding of the problem, and progressing step by step from idea to implementation.
This year’s Makerspace includes three thoroughly designed problem statements, each focusing on a different aspect of robotics and intelligent systems:
• Gesture-Controlled Robotic Arm: A ROS-based robotic arm that uses gesture control, object detection, and pose estimation.
• Facade Cleaning Drone: A drone system that integrates precise flight control, waypoint navigation, and an actuated cleaning mechanism for structured facade cleaning.
• Self Balancing Bot: A two-wheeled robot that uses real-time feedback control to maintain balance while executing smooth motion commands
Registrations are now open.
