Salman ( ) also shared updates on the ongoing online Maker Contes, an open invitation for everyone to build something creative and be part of the maker movement. Every idea counts, every build inspires ✨

🎪 TinkerSpace Annual CelebrationSpace Carnival

We then discussed the upcoming Space Carnival, TinkerSpace’s annual celebration. From activities to exhibits to community showcases, the focus is on bringing more people into the world of making, encouraging everyone to create, collaborate, and explore new ideas.

MakerChat 0x33 features two engaging sessions.

The first is a hands-on introduction to building the SO101 robotic arm using Hugging Face's LeRobot. This will be followed by an in-depth exploration of NVIDIA's expanding influence in AI hardware, including Thor edge processors and DGX Spark desktops.

We'll also discuss the implications of these advancements for developers and the ethical considerations surrounding AI.

MakerChat0x30: RP2040 - Pico and Beyond.

In this edition of MakerChat, we delve into the world of the RP2040 microcontroller, the powerhouse behind the Pico. We’ll explore its capabilities, learn how it stands out from other microcontrollers, and discuss the endless possibilities it offers for makers.

This session is not just about understanding the RP2040. It’s also the starting point for a month-long journey of hands-on projects. In the coming weeks, participants will have the chance to build and showcase creative projects powered by the RP2040.

To support this, we’ll be distributing a limited number of Raspberry Pi Pico boards/RP2040 based on a first-come, first-served basis to participants who wish to dive deeper and start building immediately.
