It was a pleasure being part of BIOCONNECT 4.0 – Connecting Science to Business, the International Life Sciences Conclave of the Government of Kerala, held at Hyatt Regency, Thiruvananthapuram, on 8–9 October 2026.

Fabricating high-quality 2D heterostructures and twisted layers requires precise control at every stage of the transfer process. Accurate alignment, controlled substrate heating, and clear visual feedback are essential for producing reliable structures for advanced device research.

Holmarc's 2D Transfer System are designed to support these critical fabrication workflows, enabling the controlled transfer of atomically thin materials for applications including:

• Transistors and sensors
• Photodetectors
• Battery electrodes
• Topological insulators
• Valleytronics

To support these applications, the system integrates:
• A long working distance trinocular microscope for continuous live image monitoring during alignment and transfer
• An XYZ-θ substrate stage for precise positioning and angular alignment
• A vacuum thermal chuck with temperature control from room temperature to 200°C
• An XYZ stamping stage with a tilting platform for controlled stamp placement

As part of our continued growth, Holmarc has inaugurated its Electronics R&D Lab, Mechanical Design Studio, and Continuing Education Center within our new facility.

Our Electronics R&D Lab and Mechanical Design Studio have moved into larger, purpose-built spaces, providing an enhanced environment for product development, engineering, and innovation. Alongside them, our newly established Continuing Education Center reflects our belief that investing in people is just as important as investing in technology.
