The Beginning
In the year 1991, a group of young technocrats Mr. Satish Kadukar from Pune decided to venture in the field of Foundry Chemicals And Metallurgical Products and established Ceral India to cater the need of Aluminium Foundries. Their resources were limited, yet they were determined and passionate, for success has no boundaries and quest for precision was endless. The Company made remar

kable entry in the market with turnover multiplying rapidly. And soon in the year 1995, Ceral India was converted to Cerafux India Pvt. Ltd. With the trust of customers inquiries started coming in from the foundries. The year 1998, was the most eventful year, yielding recognition for the company in world market following ISO 9001 accreditation. Ceraflux became the first Indian company achieving this for designing as well as manufacturing of the Foundry Chemicals And Metallurgical Products and consumables. In 1999, Ceraflux shifted its base to Kolhapur, a historic city in the Southern Maharashtra recognized for its expertise in the foundry business. Spreading Wings

# Advantages of Ceraloy Mg-20%

Controlled and Measured Addition: Pure Magnesium is highly reactive and can readily burn in air or react violently with water v***r present in the foundry environment.

CERALOY Mg-20 provides a safer and more controlled way to introduce magnesium. The Aluminium shield protects the magnesium from reacting until it’s melted in to the Aluminium alloy.

This allows for a more precise amount of magnesium to be added, reducing waste and achieving a more consistent final product.

Improved Dispersion: Pure Magnesium can tend to agglomerate together when added directly to molten Aluminium.

This can lead to uneven distribution of Magnesium throughout the alloy, resulting in areas with less or more strengthening effect than desired.

PATCLEAN is the ultimate solution for cleaning sand build-up in the core boxes or molds of Cold box and No-bake sand binder system!

Manufacturing metal castings often involves using traditional sand-casting technologies, such as greensand, cold box, hotbox, and shell-core systems. These systems rely on resins to bind sand particles together, forming rigid casting cores.

However, over time, this resin-sand mixture builds up inside the core box, mold patterns, and vents, causing dimensional errors and other quality defects on the final casting that lead to rejection.

Manual processes such as scraping, abrasive blasting, and vent replacement are time-consuming, costly, and can cause damage to the molds or tools, making them wear out faster.

PATCLEAN is a ready-to-use liquid which can effectively clean sand build-up from pattern surfaces with ease.

How to use?
· Simply spray or brush it on the sand build-up surface on pattern.
· Leave the coated core box /pattern for 5 minutes
· Clean the surface with cotton cloth to get a clean sand free pattern surface.

Tip - Store in cool and dry place away from direct heat.

We are proud to announce a technology transfer agreement between Ceraflux India Pvt. Ltd. and Shivaji University, Kolhapur, for advanced nano-coating technology developed by the university’s Nano-Technology Department.

This durable and high-performance technology is designed for mild steel crucibles and ladles used in molten aluminium handling, enhancing their durability and efficiency.

The agreement aims to boost local production, create new employment opportunities, and provide Indian aluminium industries with indigenous and global-standard technology, reducing dependence on imports.
