We are an ISO 9001-2008 certified organisation engaged in manufacturing steel, alloy steel, stainless steel & heat resistant steel castings. Since past 18 years we have been successfully manufacturing various critical castings to all the Indian/International standards as per the customers’ stringent requirements. We have complete infrastructure for manufacture of consistent & reliable quality cast
ings. We have equipped ourselves with the necessary instruments & machineries to ensure precise manufacturing. We believe in achieving 100% Customer satisfaction through continual improvement in manufacturing processes. At present we are manufacturing steel, alloy steel, stainless steel & heat resistant steel castings ranging from 25 kgs to 2400 kgs single piece in any Indian/International grade. Our present monthly production capacity is @ 120MT castings. We have @ 20% spare capacity to meet the urgent requirements. We are targeting @ 20% growth per year. At present 60-70% of our total supply of the castings is in proof/finish machined condition with all applicable NDT testing done. We are in process of setting up a new Greenfield project at Five Star MIDC Kagal to meet the increasing diverse casting demands of customers.
