1) Relative Vibration Measurement: Shaft vibration measurement relative to machine body (Non-Contact type sensors will be used)

2)Absolute Vibration Measurement: Casing vibration is the measurement of the case motion relative to free space or absolute motion
(Contact type sensor will be used)

*Vibration can be Measured in Three Parameters
1)Displacement : When RPM is less than 600
2)Velocity : When RPM is > 600 and < 60000
3)Acceleration: When RPM is > 60000

Something about RO
1. What's is the difference between UF membrane and 20-micron disc filter.
20-micron disc filter removes only large particles like sand/silt. UF removes fine turbidity, colloids, bacteria, and viruses. UF is much finer than a disc filter.
2. When RO membrane can handle lower molecular weight contaminants, why to install UF?
RO removes dissolved salts but is very sensitive to fouling. UF removes turbidity, colloids, and microbes that can foul RO, thereby protect RO and increase membrane life.
3. If cartage filters in RO choked, how it effect membrane in RO.
Choked cartridges cause pressure drop and low flow. If pressure is increased or cartridges are bypassed, fine particles reach RO, causing rapid fouling, higher DP, frequent CIP, and membrane damage.

What is a Transmitter?

A Transmitter is a device that converts the signal produced by a sensor into a standard instrumentation signal representing a process variable being measured and controlled. These standard electrical signals are commonly 4 to 20 mA or 1 to 5 volts.
Transmitters are widely used throughout the process industries.

What is a Signal Isolator?

A signal isolator or signal converter is a signal conditioning device used to interface process signals with other control/monitoring devices (PLC / DCS / Recorder / Indicator / HMI etc.).
It isolates, converts, splits, or amplifies the incoming signal to the output devices. Signal isolators ensure a stable and accurate signal output by offering superior resistance to electromagnetic interference.

(A Barrier is generally used in hazardous areas. It reduces loop current below a safe level where it cannot cause any spark. An Isolator is generally used to interface signals having different common-mode voltages.)
