We are proud to be associated with the 3 MTPA coal washing plant for ABB.

Our scope of work includes: Vetting of Basic Engineering, Detail Engineering & Supply of 6 MTPA coal handling & 3 MTPA coal processing plant. The scope broadly includes detail engineering, supply, supervision of er****on, commissioning & performance guarantee.

The plant consists of two streams of 500 tph CHP circuit (Crushing & screening) & one stream of 500 tph CPP circuit. CHP is having two stages crushing where ROM coal is crushed from 500 mm to 50 mm and then fed to CPP Circuit. The feed ash varies from 15-35 % and clean coal shall be produced at 10% ash (adb).

Feed to CPP is deslimed at 1 mm, coarse 50-1 mm fed to HMC circuit & fine 1-0 is fed to desliming hydro-cyclones for further desliming at 125 microns & then fed to spirals. Dewatering is done via thickener and belt presses.

Major equipment supplied – Feeder breakers, double roll crushers, Heavy media cyclone, magnetic separators, de-mag coil, D&R screens, hydro-cyclones, spirals, high frequency screens, thickener, belt presses, auto reagent preparation & dosing system, etc.
