Energy Efficient CTC Panel

Advantages:
1. Energy Saving on Continuous load is 15-20% dependent upon the manufacturing process. Energy can be monitored and audited through our Panel itself.
2. Starting load will be a smooth ramp-up.
3. Due to ramp up start, inrush load on DG will be reduced & DG life will automatically increase.
4. Due to the use of Variable Frequency Drive, the power factor of supply tends to unity.
5. Depending on the requirement, the speed of the Motor can be controlled.
6. If any problem arises like over voltage, under voltage, over load, single phasing etc, drive will automatically trip to protect the motor, thus minimizing motor maintenance cost.
7. Reverse direction movement of Motor (optional, if required).
8. No need to change the existing motor assembly.
9. Easy bypass facility in case of emergency (No need to change any wiring).
10. Payback period 2 manufacturing year (Approx) as per practical energy audit.
11. After the payback period, the user will get electricity savings of more than 3 lacs/annum for each CTC bank.
