Started its journey in the year of 1992 as SHIVAM COKE PVT. LIMITED. [SCPL], situated at the strategic location of Dhanbad , Bihar now in Jharkhand, Known as coal capital of the country. Primarily SCPL processes raw coal into Low Ash Metallurgical Coke [LAM Coke]. Gradually the company has been ableto increase its production capacity to 55 thousand tonnes per annum. The company had established its quality standard in the market for its product - Low Ash Metallurgical Coke. Further to meet the market demand & improve the product quality, SCPL had installed a Coal Benefication Plant (Coal Washery), with the capacity of 1.3 lac tonnes Aer annum.

Further, diversifying its horizon the Group entered into emerging market of Iron & Steel in the year of 1999 as SHIVAM INDIA LIMITED[SIL], situated as Durgapur, West Bengal. It has received the coveted ISO 9001 certificate from TUV CERT. SIL is offering value added Steel, viz, Billets & Wire Rods manufactured at its own hi-tech plant using the state-of-the art integrated facilities like Induction Furnace, Ladel Refinig Furnace [LRF], Continuous Casting Billet Machine [CCBM]. The company has set the footprint as a quality manufacturers in the market of it's products. Wire Rods are produced in sizes of 6mm, 7mm, 8mm, 10mm &12mm. Billets are produced in the size of 100mm and 125mm2.
