Aristo Texcon Private Limited one of the SBU commenced its operations from the year 1995 in Kolkata, manufacturing Elastics and other Hosiery items catering to reputed brands of West Bengal. Aristo Texcon is also one of the pre-eminent Exporter of Fashionable Ready-made Garments like Men’s T-Shirts, Formal Shirts, Casual Shirts, J
eans, Ladies Top, and Men’s Undergarment. The company has its own well-established sources for fabrics and trims so as to enable it to give garments a finishing touch at a cost-effective price. In the year 2006 the Promoters diversified their business by entering Home Furnishing Segment under the technical support & guidance from Reliance Industries Ltd. with the introduction of India’s First Hollow Fibre Mattresses under the Brand PEtALS. Within a span of four years the Brand has established itself in the domestic market and been delivering world class hollow fiber mattresses, pillows, cushions, quilts & Multimatts. To cater the heavy demand, the Group has set up another manufacturing unit at Tinsukia, Assam under the name and style of Aristo Industries. Aristo Group’s Up Coming venture will be HRLT (Heat Resistant Latex Thread) plant. It is in collaboration with one of the leading manufacturers of Thailand. We expect to have our first production from year 2011. This will not only help us to have captive consumption but enough to have a chunk share with the current market scenario. This project will help generating employment of more than 350 – 400 workmen.
