Shriram Cement in collaboration with Lafarge Coppée, France started Cement (33 grade) production in the year 1987. We upgraded the quality and launched ‘Shriram -43’ (43 Grade) Cement in 1993 making us pioneers in this product category in North India. wet process, ensures proper mixing of raw materials which gives superior quality of product. sage, low heat of hydration resulting in lesser shrinkage which in turn prevents cracks in structures. The quality of the product, its light color and marketing services offered to customers proved a milestone and Shriram Cement established itself as a premium brand in North Zone. Shriram Cement has a natural advantage of its unique raw material which leads to higher TCS factor. Higher tri-calcium silicate (TCS) factor results in quicker setting and faster development of high strength structures and this makes Shriram Cement the first choice of architects, builders, contractors and consumers. In 1997, responding to market requirement, we launched ‘Shriram-53’ (53 Grade). Also around the same time, we launched ‘Shriram Nirman Cement’(PPC). This cement grade has a unique quality of resilience against all weather conditions and pollution. The compressive strength of cement increases with time. The product is now a premium brand. Continuing the journey of innovation and to meet market requirement of light shade cement for flooring and gritwash, we launched ‘Shriram Silver’ Cement in the year 2000. The product has demand in individual houses, group co-operative housing societies and institutional customers like Army’s married accommodation projects. We have a team of technical work-force to provide guidance at worksites. A wide network of wholesalers and over 600 dealers ensures easy availability of the product for all consumers. Our Cement plant has been awarded Energy saving award in the year 2011.
