Over the past four years, Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, Kothamangalam, in association with the student-run College Newsletter, THE MACE POST, has been organising the MACE Model United Nations (MACE MUN) Conference, giving participants a chance to buckle up, blend in the hustle amidst the cut-throat debating, lobbying, showcasing leadership skills and solving crises, alongside embracing th

e diplomats within. We are back this time with the much awaited Fifth Edition, MACE MUN 2018, aimed to scale higher and amalgamating a perfect blend of Diplomacy, Debating and Display of leadership skills at its finesse by learning the ability to APPREHEND the crises at hand, ACKNOWLEDGE everyone's stances and faults and ACCORD in good will. On account of the recent Corona outbreak in Kerala and the subsequent decision by the Kerala govt to shut down Colleges and public gatherings until further notice, the secretariat of MACE MUN 2020 with due consideration for the safety of delegates, EB and OC members has decided to postpone the event. The dates, which will be in accordance with the decisions of the state and central governments, will be announced at a later point in time.

There's so little time, and so much to experience on this tiny rock that we call home. We are but specks of stardust, with a stolen breath of life, grasping at the heartstrings of the universe, like lost children desperate for the slightest hint of a familiar face.
You missed us once, and we watched as you drifted away, indecisive.
And now the hourglass beckons once more.

More often than not success is an outcome of a winning combination. It is with much delight and pleasure that we announce our association with Asian MUN Circuit.

A circuit that has pioneered the art of expanding the horizons of the very idea of an MUN, AMC provides the ideal platform for MUNners to help expand their audience. Ish*ta is a law student, from Amity Law School, Noida who has participated in several Model United Nations Conferences in India. Starting as a delegate in 2012, Ish*ta has served in various conferences in almost every capacity. She believes that MUN conferences are important as they provide a platform for everyone to share their opinions freely. She aspires to motivate young minds to participate in matters of global critical importance. In her perspective, MUNs not only teach us to debate and negotiate, but they also teach us to be diplomatic, diverse and humble. She has been active in playing sports and film making. She participated in organizing a presentation competition at UNIC, India and volunteered as a mentor under TeachForIndia while teaching students from class 8th to 10th about topics like Climate Change, gender equality & UNSDGs. Loganayaki Kumar(Logi), a third-year Sociology student at Stella Maris, Chennai has attended over 15 MUN conferences as a delegate, photographer and an EB member.
Her vibrant, artistic photography helps her capture your too good to be true moments with ease. If she's not with her camera, you'd find her rewatching episodes of Naruto or practicing in the boxing ring. As someone who has an eye for the harsh realities of everyday life, she is often seen commenting vivdly on the various quagmires of modern society both through her voice and her film.
