Ladakh Oxygen Plant Ladakh Oxygen Plant Technology: Principally, Oxygen is produced by separation of air's two main constituents - Oxygen and Nitrogen.

Nitrogen and Carbon dioxide, along with moisture is removed from the air fed into our VPSA Oxygen plant and is vented into the atmosphere. Feed air from the air blower is cooled and is taken to Molecular Sieves vessels. These towers operate in a cycle - one tower is in production and the alternate tower undergoes regeneration. The vacuum pump assists the regeneration process and further enhances t

he efficiency of the plant. From the twin towers, the product Oxygen gas is taken to a buffer vessel to maintain a consistent, uninterrupted Oxygen flow and filled in to cylinders at High Pressure Oxygen compressor from German technology specially designed for High altitude pressure requirement.
