What You'll Do
Daily Dealer Visits: Travel to and meet with scientific dealers in Mumbai and other cities in Maharashtra from Monday to Saturday to promote our products.
Drive Sales: Actively engage with dealers to understand their needs and close sales, contributing directly to our company's growth.
Territory Management: Take full ownership of the sales cycle for the entire Maharashtra region, from lead generation to after-sales support.
Build Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our dealer network.
Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales. They should possess the following qualities:
Excellent Communication: A knack for clear and persuasive communication, both in person and over the phone.
Results-Oriented Mindset: Driven by targets and a strong desire to exceed sales goals.
Resilience & Adaptability: The ability to handle rejection, adapt to different client personalities, and navigate a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving Skills: The capacity to quickly identify dealer needs and offer effective solutions.
Time Management: Highly organized and able to manage a busy daily schedule of dealer visits efficiently.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mumbai and other cities in Maharashtra.
This is a remote position—you must be comfortable working from home and managing your own time effectively.
