ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਮਦਨ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਉਣ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਸਮੱਸਿਆ ਨਾਲ ਜੂਝ ਰਹੇ ਇਲਾਕੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਧਿਆਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਉਰਜਾ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਉੱਨਤੀ ਮਹਾਅਭਿਆਨ (ਕੁਸੁਮ) ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਸ਼ੁਰੁਆਤ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਮੁੱਖ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਪੁਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਲਈ ਇਸਤੇਮਾਲ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਡੀਜਲ ਜਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਪੰਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਲਰ ਊਰਜਾ ਤੇ ਚਲਾਉਣਾ ਹੈ।

ਤੁਹਾਨੂੰ ਦੱਸ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਵਿੱਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਅਰੁਣ ਜੇਟਲੀ ਨੇ ਆਮ ਬਜਟ 2018-19 ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਸੁਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ। ਖਬਰ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕੁਸੁਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਿਰਫ ਡੀਜ਼ਲ ਤੇ ਚੱਲ ਰਹੇ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਪੰਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਿਲ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ। ਯਾਨੀ ਅਜਿਹੇ ਲਗਭਗ 17.5 ਲੱਖ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਪੰਪਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਲਰ ਊਰਜਾ ਉੱਤੇ ਚਲਾਇਆ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।

ਅਜਿਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਨਾਲ ਡੀਜਲ ਦੀ ਖਪਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਕੱਚੇ ਤੇਲ ਦੇ ਆਯਾਤ ਉੱਤੇ ਰੋਕ ਲੱਗਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਖਰਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਘੱਟ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੀ ਕੁਸੁਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਦੋ ਤਰੀਕਿਆਂ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਪਹਿਲਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਤਾਂ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਲਈ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਮੁਫਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ, ਦੂਜਾ ਫਾਇਦਾ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਜਿਆਦਾ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਕਰਕੇ ਗਰਿਡ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਚ ਕੇ ਕਮਾਈ ਵੀ ਕਰ ਸਕਣਗੇ।

ਖਾਸ ਗੱਲ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਸਿਰਫ 10 ਫ਼ੀਸਦੀ ਰਾਸ਼ੀ ਦਾ ਭੁਗਤਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤੇ ਸੋਲਰ ਪੰਪ ਲਵਾ ਸਕਣਗੇ। ਬਾਕੀ ਬਚੀ ਰਕਮ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੇ ਤੌਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਬੈਂਕ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਲੋਨ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ 30% ਰਕਮ ਮਿਲੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਕਿਸਾਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸੋਲਰ ਪੰਪ ਦੀ ਕੁਲ ਲਾਗਤ ਦਾ 60% ਸਬਸਿਡੀ ਦੇ ਰੂਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਵੇਗੀ।

ਕੁਸੁਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਪੜਾਅ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਪੁਰੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ 27.5 ਲੱਖ ਸੋਲਰ ਪੰਪ ਸੈੱਟ ਬਿਲਕੁਲ ਮੁਫਤ ਦੇ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ। ਦੱਸ ਦਿਓ ਕਿ ਕੁਸੁਮ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਯਾਨੀ ਜੁਲਾਈ 2019 ਤੋਂ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਚੁੱਕੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਲਾਗੂ ਕਰਨ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਹੀ ਮਕਸਦ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਜੇਕਰ ਦੇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਰੇ ਸਿੰਚਾਈ ਪੰਪ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰਡ ਹੋਣਗੇ, ਇਸ ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦੀ ਬਚਤ ਹੋਵੇਗੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਹੀ ਕਰੀਬ 28 ਹਜਾਰ ਮੈਗਾਵਾਟ ਬਿਜਲੀ ਦਾ ਉਤਪਾਦਨ ਵੀ ਸੰਭਵ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਇਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ ਦੀ ਪੂਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਤੁਸੀ https://mnre.gov.in/ # ਵੈਬਸਾਈਟ ਉੱਤੇ ਜਾ ਸੱਕਦੇ ਹੋ। For more info visit us at http://www.roopsolar.in/latest-update/-roopsolar-roopsol/383?utm_source=facebookpage
