Role Summary

The Hydroponics Trainer will be responsible for delivering structured Online and Offline Training Programs on Commercial Hydroponic Cultivation for farmers, agri-entrepreneurs, and institutional clients. The role involves practical training delivery, technical project support, and post-installation grower guidance to ensure successful system adoption and crop performance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Delivery (Online & Offline)
• Conduct scheduled Hydroponics Training Programs through virtual platforms (Zoom / Google Meet) and on-site field sessions.
• Deliver technical modules on:
• NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) Systems
• Dutch Bucket Systems
• Media-Based Hydroponic Cultivation
• Nutrient Solution Preparation
• EC / pH Monitoring
• Irrigation & Fertigation Scheduling
• Crop Planning (Capsicum / Cucumber / Leafy Greens)
• Facilitate participant interaction, doubt resolution, and practical demonstrations.

2. Technical Project Support
• Assist in installation and commissioning of Hydroponic Systems.
• Support calibration of fertigation units and irrigation automation.
• Conduct Grower Handover Training post-project completion.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and operational guidance to clients.

3. Post-Training & O&M Support
• Assist growers with nutrient scheduling and crop cycle planning.
• Support pest and disease management protocols.
• Participate in AMC and periodic site visits when required.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Minimum 4 Online Training Sessions per Month
• Minimum 1 On-Site Training Session per Month
• Training of 40+ Participants per Month
• Support in conversion of training participants into project leads

Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture / Horticulture or related discipline
• Prior exposure to Hydroponics / Protected Cultivation preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills (Hindi & English)
• Willingness to travel for field-level training and commissioning support

BOQ & Estimation Engineer

• Preparation of detailed BOQ (structure, irrigation, civil, accessories)
• Rate analysis and cost estimation
• Vendor quotation comparison & negotiation support

• Tender participation and proposal costing
• Project margin analysis & profitability tracking
• Coordination with sales, design & fabrication teams

🧠 Required Skills
• Strong Excel & cost modeling skills
• Knowledge of steel structure calculation
• Understanding of irrigation systems & hydraulics (preferred)
• Familiarity with EPC / construction costing

🎓 Qualification
• B.Tech / Diploma in Civil / Agricultural / Mechanical Engineering
• 2–5 years experience in EPC / greenhouse / irrigation / construction estimation

Experience in greenhouse or agri-infrastructure projects will be an added advantage.
