Shamsudheen PM has been an integral part of the PMR journey since 2002, joining the group alongside the Chairman during its early years of steady growth. Known for his calm presence, clear decision-making, and unwavering dedication, he has played a vital leadership role from the beginning. Today, he serves as the Managing Director of PMR Petroleum, one of the most crucial divisions under the PMRCEdifice umbrella. His division is responsible for supplying fuel not only to all PMR verticals but also to a broad network of external customers throughout Malappuram district.

Under his leadership, PMR Petroleum has grown into one of the region’s most respected and high-performing fuel stations, earning several major recognitions over the years — including Highest Diesel Sales in All Kerala (2017–18), Fleet Card Sales Achiever (2017, 2018, and 2019), and Top Industry Oil Sales in Kerala (2018). These achievements reflect not just operational success, but the consistency, reliability, and trust he has built into the system through his leadership.

In addition to his primary role, Shamsudheen also serves as a Director within PMRCEdifice, offering guidance and support wherever required — whether in construction or other verticals. What truly defines his leadership is his humility. He treats every person — from senior management to daily wage staff — with equal respect, openness, and sincerity. Always ready to listen and always present when needed, he has earned admiration across all levels of the organization.

After completing his Aeronautical Engineering in Russia, Abdul Shukoor PM returned with a sharp technical foundation and a grounded vision for the future. In 2005, he joined PMR and quickly became one of the key forces behind the group’s evolution into a vertically integrated construction company. Today, he leads PMR Granites as Managing Director and serves as Director across all companies under the PMRCEdifice umbrella — including PMR Construction, Concrete, Petroleum, Infos, and more.

Recognized for his calm focus, efficiency, and hands-on leadership, he is deeply involved in both operational and strategic decisions. From government approvals to payment clearances, quarry operations to top-level planning — Shukoor ikka doesn’t delegate what matters. He handles it. And when a team member faces pressure or delays, his consistent reassurance has become part of the PMR culture:
“നിങ്ങൾ ജോലി തീർത്തോളൂ, ഇതിന്റെ കാര്യം ഞാൻ നോക്കിക്കൊള്ളാം.”
(“You just finish your work. I’ll take care of the rest.”)

He leads not through words, but through action — quietly, purposefully, and with total accountability. He is the kind of leader who prefers to stay in the background, while ensuring that the entire system runs forward without friction.

In the early 1990s, when PMR was still in its formative stages, Abdul Majeed PM was one of the first to join hands with the Chairman to lift the company from the ground up. He wasn’t just involved — he was invested. Long before departments and divisions were formed, it was the commitment of people like him that gave PMR its direction and stability.

Today, he serves as the Managing Director of BidBond PMR, the vertical that supports tendering and financial assurance across projects, while also holding the position of Director in all companies under the PMRCEDIFICE umbrella. With decades of experience in core construction, Abdul Majeed PM is respected for his focus, clarity in decisions, and strong operational mindset. He doesn’t complicate things — he simply ensures they get done.

And when challenges arise — especially if an employee leaves unexpectedly or a task is left incomplete — Majeed ikka steps in, without question. He doesn’t ask why it happened, he asks what can be done now. That attitude has made him one of the most dependable figures in the company’s journey.

The Sreekrishnapuram 8 km road and bridge project is now a reality, enhancing connectivity and progress in Palakkad. Built with excellence by PMR Construction and PMR Concrete, this milestone was inaugurated by Kerala’s Minister for Public Works and Tourism, Shri. P. A. Mohammed Riyas, whose visionary leadership continues to shape the state’s infrastructure.
