Our facilities are well connected not only with the industrialised states of Karnataka, Kerala,Tamilnadu but also with the ports of Mangalore and Cochin. In addition to the basic infrastructure, our plant is well equipped with the utilities of electricity, water and Effluent treatment. In our manufacturing facilities, we have designed a fully mechanised structure for transferring the raw materials
from storage facilities directly into the reactors, which lead to significant reduction in the process time and savings of raw materials. Our Research & Development Center forms the backbone of the Firm headed by Mr. His 35 years of career at IPIRTI, Bangalore was devoted to the field of Wood Science with particular emphasis on Wood Adhesives. Having more than 100 publications to his credit, he is acclaimed as one of the top scientist in the field of wood adhesives in the country. He has recently retired as HOD- Chemistry IPIRTI, Bangalore and has joined our firm as Chief R&D.He was one of the pioneers in the development of PRF,PLF,PCF,MPLF Resins. Other fields of his research include development of products such as Bamboo based moulded products, Coir based products, laminated veneer lumber, particle boards and flake boards from banana sheath, and finger jointed glued laminated lumber. At the time of his retirement he was engaged in the development of many innovative products such as , comprec high density shuttering ply from bamboo mat,Bamboo cellular flush doors,bamboo mat,wood veneer,flexi composite such as moulded articles ,particle board corrugated roofing sheet,from coir mat and floor tiles from coir mat and moulded skin doors from bamboo mat. (First of its kind in the country).
