Course Details:-

Day 1:- Static automobile engineering:- Suspension System,Steering
System and Braking System working

Day 2:- Vehicle Dynamics:- Dynamically Balancing the vehicle's components,F.E.A:- finite element analysis and simulation on Solid works software

Day 3:- Engine :- first the working of engine and than
practically designing parameters of a 4 Stroke Spark Ignition engine.

Day 4 :- Aerodynamics fundamental used in a automobile designing and latest innovations in the field of Automobile and competition.

Day -5 :- Practical Session ( hand on experience)

Main points to be discussed -

Chassis - Designing parameters , design optimization, Stress tenser calculations , F.E.A analysis.

Suspensions - Designing process , suspension designing process , four bar mechanism calculation, optimization of suspension designing process.

Steering system - Drifting equation , turning equation , Under-steer and over-steer calculations, critical speed to be calculated for each and every turn on the track etc.

Braking system - how to finalize the size of disc brake and brake force proportioning.

Racing Physics - how to calculate the approach velocity and approach angle for every turn on a formula-1 race track.

Aerodynamics - how to optimize the equation of upper curve and lower curve of a spoiler in a high speed car.

Latest innovations - working of K.E.R.S , A.B.S. , E.B.D , SPOILER , D.R.S. etc
