For a hunch beam/slab in RCC work, the bar cutting length depends on the hunch geometry and reinforcement detailing.
A common site formula is:
Main bar cutting length for a hunch beam
Where:
➡️ = clear beam length
➡️= anchorage/development length at both ends
➡️ = cover
bend allowance depends on hook/bend type
If the bar follows the inclined hunch profile, then include the sloping portion:

Example
Suppose:
Horizontal hunch length = 600 mm
Rise = 300 mm
Then inclined length:
l=√(600^2+300^2)
l=670mm
So the sloping bar portion will be about 670 mm before adding hooks and anchorage.
