We just concluded our Annual Leadership Offsite, bringing together 50 leaders from across HARTEK’s businesses, functions and locations under one powerful theme: INTEGRATE.
As India’s energy landscape undergoes unprecedented transformation, the ability to work as one connected organization has never been more important. Whether it is strengthening the nation’s power infrastructure through EHV substations, accelerating renewable energy deployment, advancing battery energy storage solutions, or expanding our power distribution products business, success demands alignment, collaboration and collective ex*****on.
The offsite was opened by Group CEO Simarpreet Singh , who shared HARTEK’s growth aspirations for the coming year and outlined the core drivers that will define our journey ahead profitable growth, operational excellence, customer centricity, innovation, talent development and disciplined ex*****on.
A key highlight of the offsite was an insightful leadership session by Dr. Parimal Merchant
who challenged us to think differently about leadership, growth mindset, organizational behaviour and the role of leaders in building high-performance teams.
The offsite also provided an opportunity for every business unit head to present its vision, priorities and growth plans, while identifying opportunities to create stronger synergies across the organization. The focus was clear break silos, strengthen collaboration, accelerate decision-making and build a more integrated Hartek.
The offsite concluded on Day 2 with inspiring remarks from CMD Hartek Singh , who reinforced the importance of staying grounded in the values that have shaped HARTEK’s success. He emphasized an unwavering commitment to Safety, Quality and Culture, reminding every leader that sustainable growth can only be achieved when these foundations remain non-negotiable.
What stood out most was the energy in the room: diverse perspectives, candid conversations, healthy debate and a shared commitment to excellence.
As we look ahead, our greatest competitive advantage will not be any single business, project or technology. It will be our ability to act as One Team. One Vision. One Hartek.
