The facade of this under construction villa in Moradabad features honed mint stone, fluted classical columns, moulded cornices, and carefully planned architectural details that give it a timeless look.

Every element has been chosen with purpose to create a home that is elegant, balanced, and built to last. We look forward to sharing the finished villa soon.

Designed for a modern export firm on Delhi Road, this building combines a grand double-height entrance, a bold geometric façade, expansive glazing for natural light, and vertical fins for solar shading. For this export office in Moradabad, the design brief focused on three priorities:

Comfort | Energy efficiency | Natural daylight

To address these, the proposed design incorporates north-facing windows for consistent daylight, shaded openings to limit heat gain, strategically placed windows to improve natural airflow, and a light-coloured exterior to reflect heat.

We aim to create a workplace that is better suited to the local climate while reducing reliance on artificial lighting and cooling.
