Role in Current Company -
1. Survey the new site, create a report and submit it to the Business Development team
2. After preparing the Roof damage report, take the stamp and sign from the client and submit it to the project team.
3. Plant SLD, Module Layout, Earthing Layout, LA, Inverter and Module data sheet, I review and verify all drawings or manuals on site before starting work.
4. Inverter, ACDB, Meter panel, LT panel termination point, AC cable route, DC cable route, Earthing strip route, Earthing pit and LA location are all confirmed by client and take sign and stamp and submit it to the project team.
5. Installation -
i. MMS installation
ii. Module installation with alignment (Horizontal and Vertical), M2M earthing, MC4 connector dressing and Torque marking. Inverter installation. iv. AC and DC cable tray installation. v. Earthing pit installation. vi. AC and DC Cable Laying with dressing. vii. ACDB installation. viii. AC and DC IR testing. ix. AC cable termination in ACDB panel and client panel. (Cable tray installation, DC cable laying and dressing, Walkway installation, MCS system installation, earthing strip laying & termination with module, Inverter, ACDB, Meter panel and Earthing pit, Inverter installation, ACDB installation, Meter panel installation, RMS installation, LA installation, all with quality installation.)
6. Prepares quality report prior to commissioning and submits it to the project team
i. Civil Foundation. ii. Structure installation. Module installation. Cable Tray installation. Earthing. Cable Laying and Dressing. LT Panel installation. AC and DC cable IR testing report. x. Earthing pit Resistance testing report
xi. String VOC and Floating voltage (Polarity) check report.
7. Make a DC of all the material and give a copy with stamp and sign to the company and keep a copy.
8. MCS, Walkway, RMS, LA installation with location, route and design confirmed to be done with project team and O&M team.
