We’re pleased to share that a two-day in-house training on the Integrated Management System (IMS) was successfully conducted at our plant recently.
The program covered key elements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, reinforcing our commitment to quality, environmental responsibility, and workplace safety.
The sessions focused on:
✅ Understanding IMS and its benefits
✅ Key IMS terms, definitions & clauses
✅ PDCA cycle and core elements of an effective IMS
✅ Integration, implementation & maintenance of IMS
✅ IMS audit processes and best practices
The training was insightful, engaging, and served as a great refresher for strengthening our systems and continuous improvement initiatives.
