If we’re really serious about sustainability, we need to rethink where we put our solar panels. Instead of clearing out large plots of land for solar farms, why not utilize space we already have? Imagine solar panels on schools, hospitals, parking lots, and even grocery store rooftops. Not only would we be saving space, but we'd also be making better use of the resources we already have at hand.
This shift in perspective could be a game-changer for how we generate clean energy. It would be more efficient, less invasive, and could power some of the most crucial places in our communities. Schools could have energy independence, hospitals wouldn’t have to rely as much on the grid, and grocery stores could power themselves while reducing their carbon footprint.
Instead of expanding into untouched nature, why not look up? There’s so much unused roof space out there. Solar panels on those surfaces could power entire neighborhoods, creating a more sustainable, energy-efficient world for everyone. 🌞🏫
