We are proud to announce that LESER India has been awarded the prestigious ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 certifications by TÜV NORD.

The Certificate Awarding Ceremony was held today at the LESER India plant, where representatives from TÜV NORD officially handed over the certificates to the LESER India Plant Head and QM & HSE Head.

Each LESER safety valve is unique and configured according to your individual requirements. It is created from over 2 million possible configurations for your specific application.

Despite the large number of variants, you receive short, comprehensible and easy-to-understand delivery times.

The basis for this is the so-called LESER Assembly-To-Order (ATO) process. With this manufacturing strategy, the assembly of your individual valve can begin immediately after receipt of the standard valve order. All necessary parts are completely prefabricated and available in stock.

Delivery times are continuously monitored, evaluated and further adjusted as required. The advantage for you as a customer: more planning security through short and reliable delivery times.

LESER safety valves protect all processes from unallowable overpressure. Every industry has its own specific requirements, and this also applies to the food and beverage industry.

Clean Service safety valves are especially designed to meet the requirements of brewery applications as fermentation, storage, filtration and filling processes.

They are characterized by:
Cleanability. Process integration. Conformity.

1. Due to their hygienic design, Clean Service safety valves are easy to clean. Contamination in the processes is avoided.

2. The Clean Service safety valves can be integrated into CIP/SIP processes, e.g. with the pneumatic lifting device. This enables reliable and efficient production.

3. Only components that comply with the relevant directives are used in LESER Clean Service safety valves. This simplifies the process of verifying the brewery's compliance with legal requirements.
