In the realm of social impact measurement, organizations are constantly seeking effective ways to gauge the effectiveness of their programs and initiatives. While there are numerous metrics available, Net Promoter Score (NPS) stands out as a powerful tool that can provide valuable insights into the perceptions and experiences of stakeholders.

What is NPS?

NPS is a customer experience metric that categorizes individuals into three groups: Promoters, Passives, and Detractors. Promoters are highly satisfied customers who are likely to recommend a product or service to others. Passives fall in between, having a neutral stance. Detractors are dissatisfied customers who are more likely to share negative experiences.
