A recent study by Dr. Srabani Mukherjee and team at ICMR- ICMR-NIRWoH used the Agilent Seahorse XF platform to uncover altered glucose metabolism in granulosa cells from women with PCOS.

The findings provide new insights into disrupted folliculogenesis and poor oocyte quality — highlighting how real-time metabolic analysis can advance reproductive health research.

Cytation Imaging Visualizes Dual Polymeric Fiber Integration 🔬

Researchers from Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad recently published their work in the European Polymer Journal, demonstrating the co-integration of dual polymeric fibers into a single composite for advanced biomaterials applications.

In their publication, Prof. Satyavrata Samavedi’s team used the Agilent Technologies BioTek Cytation 5 to visualize the co-electrospun fiber network through brightfield and fluorescence imaging, enabling detailed characterization of the composite structure.

Their findings contribute to the advancement of biomaterials research and highlight the growing role of advanced imaging technologies in materials science.

This collaboration reflects our commitment to strengthening academia–industry partnerships and enabling researchers with world-class tools.

The OpenSPR is a powerful label-free technology that provides real-time, quantitative insights into biomolecular interactions—accelerating discoveries in drug development, diagnostics, and biophysics.
