Swastik group require An Architect who can use designs and can compare working drawings and
liaisoning drawings, complete construction documents, write up building plans and assist in the
presentation of materials. The work is very collaborative in nature. We operate with very small team
and out source most of our work to consultant, good multi tasking and communication skill is must.
Most of his work will be done in an office setting with occasionally visiting construction sites ,
government departments and consultant office as well.
Collaborate on Projects
The Junior Architect will help plan and design buildings along with a team of Architects and
consultants. He brainstorm project ideas, complete design drawings in AutoCAD and assist in
reviewing project proposals, remaining a part of the process from conception through development.
Complete Paperwork
Will complete and file much of the paperwork that is involved in the design process. He creates
proposals and complete construction paperwork for buildings. In order to ensure that projects follow
