🇮🇳 Celebrating 80 Years of India's Independence with Pride, Purpose, and Togetherness

This Independence Day was truly special for all of us at Foresight Group.

The celebration began with an inspiring address by our Founder and Executive Chairman, Dr. Ravi Mehrotra, CBE, whose powerful message reminded us of the values that have shaped our nation and the responsibility we carry in contributing to its future.

What made the occasion even more memorable was the enthusiastic participation of our Foresightians. From patriotic group singing and engaging team activities to heartfelt poetry recitations and a beautifully curated tribute to India, every contribution reflected the pride we feel for our country and the spirit that unites us.

The event was a wonderful example of collaboration across teams, coming together to celebrate not only India's remarkable journey but also the shared values of unity, resilience, excellence, and progress that resonate deeply within our organization.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who contributed their time, creativity, and energy to make this celebration meaningful and memorable.

WE CARE Workshop 2026 | Day 3 – Leadership Engagement
Leading with Purpose, Driving Excellence

As part of our 3-Day WE CARE Workshop, Day 3 was dedicated to our operational leaders, focusing on the critical role leadership plays in driving safety, performance, and organizational success.
On 22nd July 2026, Foresight brought together leaders from across the organization for a full-day engagement aimed at strengthening leadership effectiveness, business alignment, operational excellence, and people development.

The workshop moved beyond functional discussions and focused on the broader leadership responsibilities required to achieve sustainable business success. Key areas covered included HSEQ expectations and leadership behaviors, client relationship and stakeholder management, asset integrity and lessons learned from operational events, financial discipline, learning and development, SAP and digital discipline, career and leadership development, procurement processes, and action planning.

The discussions reinforced an important message: Strong organizations are built by leaders who demonstrate accountability, make informed decisions, communicate effectively, develop people, and consistently lead by example.

We thank all our leaders, facilitators, and subject matter experts for sharing their insights, experiences, and perspectives throughout the day.

WE CARE Workshop 2026 | Day 2 – Incident Investigation and Reporting Excellence

Learning Beyond the Incident

As part of our 3-Day WE CARE Workshop, Day 2 was dedicated to strengthening our approach to Incident Investigation, Reporting and Organizational Learning.

On 21st July 2026, Foresight Group brought together HSEO professionals and operational teams for a focused workshop aimed at enhancing investigation capabilities, strengthening reporting discipline, and building a culture of learning from incidents and near misses.

The workshop moved beyond incident reporting and focused on developing a deeper understanding of how effective investigations help identify root causes, prevent recurrence, and improve overall operational performance. Key areas covered included incident classification, event reporting, responsibility matrices, investigation methodologies, experiential learning exercises, and translating lessons learned into meaningful actions.
The discussions reinforced an important message: Incidents are not just events to be reported they are opportunities to learn, improve systems, strengthen controls, and protect our people. Effective investigations focus on understanding causes, not assigning blame.

We thank all participants, facilitators, and leaders for their active engagement, openness, and commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

WE CARE Workshop 2026 | Day 1 – Safety Officers
Building Safety Leadership Beyond Compliance

As part of our 3-Day WE CARE Workshop, Day 1 was dedicated to our Safety Officers, on 20th July 2026, Foresight Group brought together our HSEO (Health, Safety, & Environment Officers) for a focused, full-day workshop aimed at strengthening safety leadership, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across our rigs and operations.

The workshop moved beyond traditional safety discussions and focused on the evolving role of HSEO as leaders, influencers, coaches, and change agents within the organization. Key areas covered included understanding core HSEO expectations, strengthening risk management and Behavior-Based Safety (BBS) practices, identifying field challenges, enhancing rig safety culture, and aligning leadership expectations with operational realities.
The discussions reinforced an important message: Safety excellence is achieved not only through systems and processes, but through ownership, accountability, communication, and visible leadership at every level.

We thank all our HSEOs, operational leaders, and facilitators for their active participation, openness, and commitment to making our workplaces safer every day.

This year’s campaign shines a light on the hazards and pressures faced by mariners navigating conflict-affected and high-risk areas. It serves as a call to action for governments and industry leaders to protect sailors from geopolitical conflicts, uphold labor standards, and ensure safe working conditions.

Honoring a Legacy. Celebrating a Milestone.

On 28th May 2026, Foresightians across the globe came together to celebrate Founder’s Day 2026, a truly special occasion that also marked the 85th birthday of our Founder, Dr. Ravi K. Mehrotra.

The celebration was a heartfelt tribute to an extraordinary journey of vision, perseverance, and leadership that has shaped the Foresight Group over the decades.

The celebration was marked by inspiring addresses from our Founder and Executive Chairman, Dr. Ravi K. Mehrotra, and Deputy Chairperson, Mrs. Manju Mehrotra, whose reflections on leadership, values, and the journey of Foresight resonated deeply with employees across the globe. The event also featured thoughtful messages from our leadership team and Independent Directors, who shared how Dr. Mehrotra’s teachings, values, and guidance have profoundly influenced their professional growth and personal journeys over the years.

Employees experienced a rich celebration of Foresight's journey through a captivating Shadow Act depicting the Group's evolution, enjoyed Talent Showcases, celebrated the achievements of our Anchors of Excellence and Long-Service Award recipients, and witnessed Heartfelt Tributes from the Mehrotra family. Across locations and assets, colleagues also participated in engaging activities, including the Carrom Championship onboard AB-1, making the occasion truly memorable for the entire Foresight family.

Along with celebrating achievements, the day was a celebration of the people, culture, and shared purpose that form the foundation of our success.
