Under Project Sakhi, Vedanta Power Sakti Thermal Plant conducted a 3-month Beauty & Wellness Training Programme in Odekera village, equipping 30+ women with practical skills in makeup application, grooming, and personal care. Designed to enhance employability and encourage self-reliance, the programme enabled participants to develop skills that can support income generation and long-term economic empowerment.
