That's what happens when heat, pressure, and registration are engineered together — not left to chance. Our HTL process transfers high-opacity print and adhesive onto plastic ball and gel pen barrels in one controlled pass, built to resist scratches, hand oils, and everyday handling.

A pen barrel isn't flat. So why should the label be treated like it is?

Small-diameter cylindrical products — pens, markers, sketch pens — put real pressure on decoration. Wrap around a narrow barrel and any misalignment, seam mismatch or dull finish shows up immediately in someone's hand.

Every one of these gets a 360° seamless wrap with zero edge lifting, so the graphic reads as one continuous finish, not a label stuck onto plastic. Before an HTL moves into commercial production, several factors need to work together — the correct artwork, actual production substrate, component geometry, application conditions, positioning and expected end-use performance.

Fit a full brand story into that space, and things can go wrong fast: artwork wrapping unevenly, print landing too close to the grip zone, or decoration that looks great on screen but doesn't sit right on the actual barrel.

That's why HTL decoration on writing instruments needs to be planned around the component itself — not just the artwork file. Geometry, substrate, decoration zone and positioning all have to work together before production starts.
