e of their novel lead anti-cancer molecules for Phase-I clinical trials for Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC). The company has also received a patent from the US for this molecule. Godavari Biorefineries has the state of the art R & D facility and is actively involved in anti-cancer drug screening using novel methods. The laboratory has achieved a major breakthrough in developing anti-cancer stem cell molecules which highlight better performance than the standard chemotherapeutic drugs. Company plans to initiate these studies at Clinical trial Sites in India. The trials would be done in TNBC Stage III and IV patients and would take around 6 to 8 months time to complete.

Our Sameerwadi Unit began the season on an auspicious note by successfully organising the Boiler Puja at the Sugar and Co-gen Divisions, ahead of the crushing season.

As part of the ceremony, the sacred “Gana Homa” was performed, invoking blessings for a positive and prosperous season ahead.

Godavari Biorefineries Limited participated in the Capacity Building Workshop on Enhancing SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) Preparedness in Sugar Biorefineries, organized by the Indian Sugar & Bio-Energy Manufacturers Association (ISMA) in collaboration with the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials (RSB).
The workshop, held on 7th and 8th October in New Delhi, focused on advancing industry knowledge and readiness for integrating SAF production within sugar-based biorefineries — a vital step towards a low-carbon future and circular bioeconomy.
