Today, it has been 15 years since the vision of Ram Shree Chemicals was born and 10 years since it became operational. In the next three years, Ram Shree Chemicals will step into its 18th year.
Throughout this journey, countless ideas could not be executed and many startups failed. But the passion, determination, and relentless spirit to create something meaningful never allowed us to break.
I never built Ram Shree Chemicals merely as a profit-making business house. I envisioned it as a nation-building organization — a place where not only our own dreams get wings, but where students from multiple universities and B-schools find stable careers and growth opportunities. Today, more than 500 distributors and thousands of retailers are connected with us and earning better livelihoods.
When a farmer in a small shop of any Indian state points towards a Ram Shree Chemicals product pack and asks for it with trust and confidence, that is when I truly feel that we have succeeded in fulfilling the purpose for which this company was started. That trust is my real earning.Reaching this stage would never have been possible without the invaluable contribution of our employees, workers, customers, distributors, retailers, and all stakeholders.
