Rossari Biotech, an ISO 9001: 2000 company, manufactures enzymes for textile processing, offers high concentrates and standard formulations of neutral cellulose, acid cellulose, engineered acid cellulose (for low color loss) amylases, high temperature stable amylases and catalyses, besides multizyme formulations for bioscouring, wool and silk processing and print washing. It exports its products to Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE, Australia, Malaysia, Kenya, New Zealand, Jordan, China, Venezuela, and Nepal. Rossari's new concept in textile processing, which includes Colitz, Gamakleen, EBS (Enzymatic Bio Scouring) and new product range, which includes Flameshield, Fragma, Hydrogard, Snocool and Fabshield, further reflect its R&D efforts in developing new products to meet the customer's requirements. Apart from textiles, their other product range concentrates on the food, feed, leather and paper industry. To meet the growing demand, it imports enzymes from the US and supplies the formulations to Indian companies. Rossari has set up an R&D center for biotechnology at Navi Mumbai to explore the potential for newer molecular and manufacturing new products as well as optimizing the processes. A state-of-the-art laboratory staffed with qualified technocrats fulfils the diverse requirement of a textile processing industry. Building on its experienced technical know-how in servicing the textile industry, Rossari has recently set up Rossari Labtech for manufacturing laboratory machines. The range would comprise machines, instruments and accessories for testing, R&D and processing. Rossari Labtech offers a wide range of machines and instruments for yarn testing and fabric testing, dyeing, printing, finishing and testing, accessories and standard grey scales. These products are designed and developed to meet latest technological requirements and are user-friendly. They play an important role in standardization of recipes and parameters, shade matching, developing new products, recipes and process parameters, quality control checks, R&D activities and academic institutes.
