Yoga can create a wonderful sense of balance in your body, mind and spirit. It is my mission to help you on that journey in a open and loving environment.

Yoga will teach you to listen to your body. Some days
your body will be asking for a challenge - working for strength and balance. Some days your body will need to be opened and stretched - with many shades in between! It is my mission to help you with alignment and technique so you can deepen your practice and your ability to listen.
* Can you relax? All of my classes end with a guided meditation. It is extremely beneficial to allow your mind and body to shift into a state of repair. This allows your central nervous system the opportunity to undo the effects of stress, injury and negativity. This healing time provides a peaceful space to rebalance and center yourself - physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This is what Yoga is all about.

* Private Instruction...
Private Yoga sessions are available for beginners who aren't comfortable in a class setting just yet. Also this is appropriate for those who prefer a more private and customized atmosphere. Sessions are 70 minutes. Please know theta healing is also offered here for those interested in energy work
