PlasmaBerry has recently launched Solar Panel Cleaning Service to help customers having Solar PV system on their rooftops.

By subscribing to this service customers can reduce their electricity bill by 10% to 25% depending upon the dust levels in the prevailing environment. The baseline services are
1. Deep Cleaning - for legacy dusty panels with thick layer
2. Soft cleaning - regular periodic cleaning after initial deep cleaning.
3. Anti Dust Shielding - hydrophobic layering on solar panels to avoid any dust getting accumulated. Thus needs to be followed by infrequent cleaning by water splash for good results.

These services are available for residential bungalows, factories and large Solar farms on one time and Annual contract basis.

Objectives

The bungalow owned by Thane resident being used as second home , for weekends. Customer wanted to reduce his electricity bill without losing aesthetics of the bungalow
How did we meet customer's requirements

PlasmaBerry team analysed customer site carefully and designed a complete system such a way that whatever the electricity that is generated by Solar PV system during Monday to Friday is sufficient enough to take care of the consumption for Saturdays & Sundays. The mounting structure is made elegant enough , not to disturb elegance of the bungalow and it's colour scheme

Special characteristics

There are 5 Solar Panels mounted on the supporting structure made out of hot dip galvanised L sections with 86 microns to avoid any corrosion due to environment.
The Solar Panels are specially treated with Anti Dust Shielding ( ADS) to avoid any dust accumulation, reducing need for frequent panel cleaning exercise.
The structure is coloured to suit existing color scheme of the bungalow.
The panels are placed in such a way so that there is enough space to facilitate ease of water splashing for general cleaning purposes.
