I wish to express my heartfelt gratitude to the Organizing team for coming up with such an insightful topic to be discussed on The New Paradigms on Diversity & Inclusion at workplace in such an eminent forum. Dr. Kasturi Naik Madam my thanks for inviting me to be a part of the panel. It was an enriching experience, interacting with so many people – the idea exchange- was incredible. The energy of the place was vibrant with so many thoughts floating around, people talking with passion. The thought process involved behind each sentence spoken was immense.
