The Fedegari FODV Series is engineered specifically for low-temperature sterilization using Vaporized Hydrogen Peroxide (VHP), enabling effective sterilization under deep-vacuum conditions at approximately 60°C while helping preserve the integrity of sensitive materials.

Deep-vacuum VHP technology enables uniform sterilization of complex hemodialysis tubing sets with significantly shorter cycle times compared to conventional EtO processes. It is also ideally suited for prefilled syringes in Tyvek® blister packs, achieving sterility while maintaining hydrogen peroxide residues below 1 ppm in the packaging and ensuring zero residue in the drug product.
