We recently concluded the fourth and final edition of our Sales Excellence Training Program in Ahmedabad, bringing together 32 sales professionals from the Gujarat, MP, and Butibori regions across our Bulk and Specialty & Packaged Gases businesses.

Conducted by Smart Talent, the two-day program focused on customer engagement, consultative selling, negotiation effectiveness, and application-based sales. The program was attended by Mr. Rakesh Dave - RBH, Mr. Anil Khamesra - RBH, Mr. Aashish Maheshwari - RBH, Mr. Sachin Sanan - GM, Mr. Nishant Shah - Business Head, Specialty & Packaged Gases, and Mr. Ashish Sharma - PhD GM L&D.

A special interaction by our Managing Director, Mr. Siddharth Jain, reinforced the importance of continuous learning, collaboration, and customer-centricity.

Cross-regional collaboration took center stage at our two-day Sales Excellence Training Program in Greater Noida, where 33 participants from Bulk Sales, Specialty & Packaged Gases, and Application teams came together for collaborative learning and exchange of field experiences. Sessions led by an external expert from Smart Talent focused on consultative selling, customer engagement, negotiation capabilities, and application-based sales orientation.

Special interactions by our MD, Mr. Siddharth Jain, and Head HR, Mr. Anil Dhale, reinforced the importance of continuous learning, curiosity, capability building, and collaborative problem-solving. The program was further supported by the presence of Mr. Vinod Singh – RBH North, Mr. Gautam Das – RBH East, and Dr. Ashish Sharma, PhD GM L&D.

Participants highly appreciated the interactive and practical learning environment, making the initiative another strong step toward building future-ready sales teams.

Focused on learning, collaboration and capability enhancement, the Sales Excellence Training Program successfully concluded in Bengaluru with participation from South Zone teams across Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Vizag.

Designed to strengthen modern sales capabilities, the sessions covered consultative selling approaches, value-led negotiation, customer engagement strategies and opportunity identification, while also encouraging stronger collaboration between Sales and Applications teams.

The program commenced with an inspiring virtual address by Siddharth Jain, Managing Director at INOXAP, who emphasized the importance of customer-centricity, growth mindset and continuous upskilling in today’s evolving business landscape.
