🎉 Proud Moment 🎉 We licensed this patent from our own laboratory of IIT Bombay to translate from Lab to LIFE!

Our team at IIT Bombay has been granted a patent (No. 570979) for “Ultrathin Insulating Passivation Layer for Optoelectronic Devices.”

This work, carried out in the Hybrid Solar Cell Lab (HSC), (funded by Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), Government of India) with support from ART-PV, demonstrates improved performance of perovskite solar cells 🌞 and PeLEDs 💡 using an ALD-grown ultrathin Al₂O₃ layer and vacuum-processed fluroide layers.

We felt humbled and highly encouraged by this invitation. It was an absolute pleasure of getting a chance to present the road map of A R T - P V India to large RE experts of our Country which is committed for Viksh*t Bharat. We welcome established PV industries to come forward to be part of Tandem Cell Technology along with us to unfold a new chapter of Solar cell technology. Lets make another transition from MAKE IN INDIA to INNOVATE IN INDIA TOO.
