Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machines.
- Ensure smooth production operations as per production targets.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Perform machine setup, basic troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance support.
- Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during production.
- Coordinate with the Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Minimize production losses and machine downtime.
- Maintain production records and daily reports.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices in the work area.
*Qualification*
-ITI & Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
*Experience*
- Experience in rolled glass rolling and cutting operations preferred.
- Fresh Diploma Mechanical candidates may also be considered for Operator positions.
*Salary*
: ₹3.50 LPA – ₹4.50 LPA (Based on experience and skill level)
*Required Skills*
- Knowledge of rolled glass manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of rolling and cutting machine operations.
- Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
