Step 1: It starts with the heat.
Scrap steel is melted using high frequency electric induction, giving us the molten steel that will eventually become a TMT bar.
This is where the process begins.

Step 2: Getting the steel right.
Molten steel goes through refining to reduce impurities and bring consistency from one batch to the next.
Because making quality TMT steel starts long before the bar reaches the rolling mill.

Step 3: From liquid steel to billets.
The refined molten steel is continuously cast into billets with a uniform cross section.
These billets are the starting point for the TMT bar that comes next.

Step 4: Keep the heat moving.
Instead of letting the billets cool completely, they move directly towards the rolling mill while still hot.

Step 5: This is where the bar takes shape.
The hot billet passes through alternating horizontal and vertical rolling stands to achieve a consistent cross section and precise rib geometry.
Because even the smallest details matter when you are making TMT steel for construction.

Step 6: Now comes the critical cooling stage.
With Thermex QST technology, the surface of the hot bar is rapidly cooled while the core remains hot.
This controlled process helps create the strength and ductility expected from Amba Shakti Tricore TMT bars.
