A customer came to us with a broken gear from their car boot/dicky opening mechanism.

Instead of replacing the entire mechanism, we recreated the damaged part from scratch. 🔧

📐 Measured & recreated the gear
💻 Designed it in CAD
🖨️ 3D printed using ASA material
🔩 Assembled it back into the original mechanism
✅ Perfect fit & smooth operation

This is where custom CAD design + 3D printing can turn a hard-to-find or discontinued plastic part into a functional replacement.
