Approval Signatures for Structural design (Grade 1) = 5000 (its varies based on Area of Buliding)
Stability certificates = 7500 (its varies based on Area of Buliding)
Site inspection = 2500 (all over tamilnadu) + Allowances
Consultancy charges (upto Structures completed) = 2-3% of total cost.
