BAG FILTERS /DUST COLLECTOR: Dust control and collection is a system used to enhance the quality of air released from industrial and commercial processes by collecting dust and other impurities from air or gas. Dust collector system consists of a blower, bag filters,auto pulse jet cleaning system and dust removal system (rotary airlock valve). Dust collector can collect dust up to 5 micron size particle. CENTRALIZED VACUUM AND CLEANING (CVC) SYSTEM:Central Vacuum Cleaning solutions have been designed for simultaneous vacuum cleaning in various places. We offer solutions for dust removal during both the construction stage and actual use of the building. INDUSTRIAL FANS AND BLOWERS:VB Engineers is specialized in the design and manufacturing of heavy duty Fans.
1) Single inlet single width centrifugal fans (SISW).
2) Double inlet double width centrifugal fans(DIDW).
3) High pressure fans.
4) Axial flow fans. ROTARY AIRLOCK VALVE:RAV are designed to provide a flexible air seal, allowing larger particles to easily pass through the valve while maintaining its air seal. Bolting arrangement on side plate allows service or change-out of the reinforced rubber vane tips without removing the entire unit from the system. Components of a rotary feeder valve include a rotor shaft, housing, head plates, packing seals and bearings. FLEXIBLE EXTRACTION ARM:The flexible extraction arm is the perfect solution for extracting welding smoke, fumes and dust in workshops. The extractors patented design ensures optimum fume and dust capturing capacity and maneuverability. The extraction hood has integrated easy-to-reach buttons for lighting and fan control. The extractor is suspended by a swivel, which allows the product to rotate 360 degrees. This makes the extraction arm flexible in all directions and very simple to position. DUCT & DUCTING COMPONENTS:We are expert in design and manufacturing of duct and ducting components with all grades of stainless steel and mild steel i.e.SS202, SS304, SS316, SS316L, IS2062 etc. and GI.

PNEUMATIC CONVEYING PIPE LINE FITTINGS:We design & supply pneumatic conveying tubing, piping, couplings, fittings and accessories for the air transfer of dry powder and bulk materials. Special fittings to achieve stream line flow like long radius Elbows, Diversion Y-Connections, etc. BAG DUMP STATION / PORTABLE BAG DUMP DUST COLLECTOR:Bag dump stations located on top of hopper/bin/silo and powder bags are dump into the bag dump. By collecting the dust at the time of powder dumping, valuable product is saved while maintaining air quality to ensure a safe plant environment. HOODS FOR DUST COLLECTOR:Hoods are design for enclose/contain the dust& capture dusty air from source of dust generation. POWDER HANDLING EQUIPMENT'S:we are designing & manufacturing powder handling equipment’s like Hooper, Silo, Bins and Buggy. CYCLONE SEPARATOR &SCRUBBER:Cyclone separator is a mechanical device, designed to separate suspended particles from a gaseous or liquid stream. Scrubber is use to collect particulate and gaseous pollutants. The scrubbing liquid injected inside the ventury, atomizes to incorporate dust particles in it which is further separated in the cyclonic portion. It can scrub down to 3 microns. JUMBO BAG FILLING AND UNLOADING STATIONS:
We design customized jumbo bag filling and unloading station having optimum air flow requirement with low capital investment. Which leads to less manpower efforts, spillage less operation, dust free zone and smoother operations. ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE&SILENCER:-Acoustic enclosures prevent the radiation of noise from a noise source to an outside area. They also prevent exterior sounds from penetrating to interior spaces.
