Kishor Kumar Gupta a Cost Accountant by qualification, is a first generation entrepreneur, having passion in renewable energy field, is the director of Yashika Energy System Pvt. which is providing Renewable Energy Solutions with CAPEX – Own Investment & OPEX - Zero Investment models with hassle free maintenance.
• In 1996, Mr. Kishor Gupta established Network Communications as a proprietorship
firm to undertake trading of CATV Equipments like dish antennas, receivers and amplifiers.
• During the period of 1997 to 2002, the firm also forayed into manufacturing of dish antennas, receivers and amplifiers.
• In 2002, the firm ceased the manufacturing of dish antennas, receivers, and amplifiers on account of declining profitably. During the same year, it acquired authorized distribution ship for Dish TV & Microtek International Pvt Ltd and Okaya Power Pvt. ltd’s inverters and batteries.
• In 2007, the firm also became an authorized distributor for Exide Industries Ltd and other such original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).
• In 2010 Mr. Kishor Gupta established “ Yashika Solar” as a proprietorship firm with Mrs. Anubha Gupta ( wife of Kishor Gupta) as the proprietor to undertake sales of Solar products including Solar Charge Controllers, Solar Panels, LED luminaries and System Integration projects in the SI-PV and SI thermal space.
• In February 2012, Mr. Anubha Gupta incorporated “Yashika Energy Systems Pvt Ltd ” as a private limited company (with equal stake) to undertake sales and system integration projects in the solar thermal and solar photo voltaic space. The company has commenced commercial operations September 2012.
• Currently, the company has a network of around 1000 dealers based in various districts of Maharashtra. The dealers generate leads for inverters, batteries and other power conditioning equipment for the company and also provide after sales and maintenance services.
• Energy Efficiency & Energy Conservation measures are suggested to reduce Energy Consumptions. Engineering Team of Yashika conducts Energy Audits before giving any Power Solution.
