In January 2026, Mr. Vikas Suri, a valued SmartFleet customer from Jhansi and associated with us since 2018, informed our team about a tragic road accident that claimed the lives of his driver, Late Mr. Rajkumar, and helper, Late Mr. Ramesh Pal. Both were the sole earning members of their families, leaving behind loved ones facing uncertainty and hardship.

During this difficult time, our local SmartFleet team stepped in to support the families and guide them through every step of the insurance claim process.

More than processes and policies, it was care, and human connection that made the real difference.

M/s Mahadev Contractors, a valued BPCL SmartFleet customer from Pathankot, Punjab, faced an unfortunate loss when their driver, Late Shri Ganesh Das, lost his life in a road accident on 8th August 2025. He was the sole earning member of his family, leaving behind his wife and young child.

During this difficult time, the BPCL SmartFleet team supported the family through the complete insurance claim process under the SmartFleet Program.

With coordinated efforts, a claim amount of ₹5,20,000 was successfully credited to the legal heir on 19th May 2026.

When the BPCL team met Mrs. Soniya Ji and her family on 20th May 2026, they expressed heartfelt gratitude for the timely support.
